Project description:
The New Jedi project starts from the context analysis to respond to the new needs of the food delivery sector and the labour market in an innovative and eco-sustainable way, favoring the reduction of the environmental impact related to food delivery and fostering employment opportunities for the target groups involved, with particular reference to NEETS.
The general objective of the New Jedi project is the identification of a new professional figure, namely the Food Delivery Expert, which is able to provide companies with consulting and management services, with multisectoral know-how in economic, logistic, food and in the field of environmental sustainability.
Project result – MOOC Food Delivery Expert.
The elaboration of the “MOOC Food Delivery Expert” will be built to respond to the needs of a changing world that requires companies and stakeholders in the food delivery sector to keep up with a rapidly changing business environment and a whole new set of economic, digital and green skills.
The 200-hour online course MOOC will focus on four main modules:
Target group: The MOOC will be addressed to Catering and F&B operators, chefs and maîtres; students and/or interested in working in the world of food delivery.
